Seasonal Availability
Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the catalogue / photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
Products in the catalogue are not in scale, for product dimensions, please check with our staff.
Change / Cancellation of Order
No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / plants / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you wish to change your order, a notification of 24 hours is required for bouquets / box; and 2 weeks notice is required for wedding or other floral decoration arrangements.
All orders made by fax / email / online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
Any order shall be made 3 days in advance to guarantee the availability of the chosen flowers
Blooming Garden Atelier reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate the offer any time without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Blooming Garden Atelier shall remain final.
