Q:    Payment Method? 付款方法?

  • VISA/ 萬事達卡/ 美國運通卡/ 銀行轉帳/ PAYPAL/ PayMe

  • We accepted the Visa/ Master/AE /ATM/PayPal/ PayMe payment services.

Q:     How is the Delivery? 訂購以及送貨安排?

  • 訂單的截止時間如下:
    星期一至六(公眾假期除外):中午12點前訂購可享即日送貨服務; 安排下午6點前送貨。

  • 下午12點後訂購;訂單送貨服務將安排在下一個工作天

  • 星期日和公眾假期:訂單將在下一個工作天處理。因此,如果在星期日下訂單,最早的送貨時間是從星期一下午2點開始。(任何訂單最佳3天前作出訂購,以確保所選擇的鮮花的可供性)

  • Cut-off times for placing orders for delivery are as follows:
    Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays):
    Order before 12 noon; earliest on date delivery before 6 pm.
    Order after 12 noon; orders will be processed on the next day and therefore earliest delivery is the day after.
    Sundays and Public Holidays:
    Orders will be processed on the next working day.
    Therefore, if placing an order on Sunday the earliest delivery would be from Monday afternoon onwards.

Q:    Can I change the order details after checkout  我可以更改訂單詳情?

  • 可以。請於預定送貨日期的 2 個工作天前與我們聯繫, 客戶服務並確認更改項目。為確保您的訂單可以如期送到收件人手上,我們將不接受任何緊急的訂單更改要求。

  • Yes. Please contact us to make your order changes at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date. To make sure a timely delivery for your order, we will not accept any last-minute change request before and on the day of delivery.

Q:     What time of the delivery ?  送貨時間?

  • 送貨時間設定於:上午9點至中午1點 / 下午2點至6點。

  • 費用已包括市區運費 (沿港鐵站步行不超過10分鐘)

  • 機場/迪士尼/愉景灣/離島/大潭等地區...運費 HK $ 280,不適用於特定時間。

  • 如果需要特定的送貨時間,請在下單前聯繫我們,以確保我們能夠妥善安排您的要求。以及收取特快送貨之費用 HK$ 200。
    請致電給我們,有關個別/偏遠地區送貨時間表和收費。

  • Delivery fee included No more than 10 minutes’ walk along the MTR station

  • Deliveries are scheduled either 9 am to 1 pm, or between 2 pm to 6 pm. If a specific delivery time is required please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional express delivery charges may apply HK$200.   

  • Airport / Disney / Discovery Bay / Outlying Island / Tai Tam …Delivery fee HK$280 & not available to apply specific time

Q:  Already have a card, Can I attach on the flower? 本人已有準備好心意卡,可附加在產品內嗎?

  • 可以, 為方便跟進,請記錄訂單編號,訂購人姓名以供參考以及準確把心意卡加入產品內

  • Yes, you can. Please record the order no. and sender's name to us for easy reference.

Q: Can I order flower delivery to China? 可以訂花送到國內嗎?

  • Yes, we do delivery to China. Please contact us for more information.

Purchase before 12:00 noon can enjoy same day delivery service

please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues the following warning, the delivery service will be suspended or delayed:

Flooding and landslip warning

Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 or above

Red or black rainstorm warning

After the relevant warning signal is cancelled, it will be resumed within 3 hours and will be affected by the package delivery. If the delivery time is due to traffic conditions or weather issues, a decision will be made based on the situation.

8 號或以上熱帶氣旋警告

紅色或黑色暴雨警告

有關之警告信號取消後, 將於4小時內恢復及重新安排送遞。若因交通情況或天氣問題影響送遞時間, 將因應情況作出安排。
