Q: Payment Method?
We accepted the Visa/ Master/AE /ATM/PayPal/ Octopus payment services.
Q: How is the Delivery?
Cut-off times for placing orders for delivery are as follows:
Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays):
Order before 12 noon; earliest on date delivery before 6 pm.
Order after 12 noon; orders will be processed on the next day and therefore earliest delivery is the day after.
Sundays and Public Holidays:
Orders will be processed on the next working day.
Therefore, if placing an order on Sunday the earliest delivery would be from Monday afternoon onwards.
Q: What time of the delivery ?
Deliveries are scheduled either 9 am to 13 pm, or between 2 pm to 6 pm. If a specific delivery time is required please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply HK$150.
Airport / Disney / Discovery Bay / Outlying Island / Tai Tam …Delivery fee HK$250 & not available to apply specific time
Q: Did Blooming Garden Atelier have international shipping service?
International delivery is not available yet.

Q: Already have a card, Can I attach on the flower?
Yes, you can. Please record the order no. and sender's name to us for easy reference.
Q: How to join our online shop?

please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues the following warning, the delivery service will be suspended or delayed:
Flooding and landslip warning
Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 or above
Red or black rainstorm warning
After the relevant warning signal is cancelled, it will be resumed within 3 hours and will be affected by the package delivery. If the delivery time is due to traffic conditions or weather issues, a decision will be made based on the situation.
